Course Description

AGEC 3303 Farm Management (3) F-O.  Fundamental economic and business principles applied to a farm business; comprehensive and integrated treatment of management concepts for successful operation of a farm business.

This is a 3-hour web-based course being offered over the Internet.  Course material is divided into 12 different modules.  Each module contains a reading assignment from the text, an applied exercise, and a sample quiz covering module material.  Students are expected to read the assigned material and complete the applied exercise on their own.  Class time will be devoted to answering students' questions concerning concepts from assigned reading material.
